2. Service Description

SatpamPro is a software-as-a-service (SAAS) platform designed for BUJP and security management operations. The Service provides:

• Real-time dashboard and monitoring capabilities
• Incident reporting with photo and location documentation
• Attendance tracking with GPS verification
• Patrol monitoring with checkpoint verification
• Multi-role support (guards, supervisors, administrators)
• Future CCTV integration features (coming soon)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

5. Location Services and Data Collection

By using SatpamPro, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service requires access to your device's location services
• Your location will be tracked during active work shifts
• Location data will be shared with your supervisors and administrators
• Location tracking is essential for patrol verification and attendance
• You can disable location services, but core features will not function
• Location data may be retained for compliance and audit purposes

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 SAAS Model

SatpamPro operates as a software-as-a-service platform. Access to the Service is typically provided through your employer or organization's subscription.

6.2 Organizational Subscriptions

Organizations subscribing to SatpamPro agree to:

• Pay subscription fees according to the agreed pricing plan
• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Maintain active subscription for continued service access
• Comply with user license limits and terms

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for new organizations. Free trials are subject to limitations and may be terminated at our discretion. No payment is required during the trial period, but you must provide valid payment information to continue using the Service after the trial ends.

6.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party conduct or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SatpamPro, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
